Polly has taught yoga in Edinburgh for ten years. She teaches a variety of styles of yoga—Hatha, Yin, Restorative classes– to people of all ages and abilities. She is especially interested in helping people to feel at home in their bodies and to understand how to look after themselves so that they can thrive. Simple practices like breathing well, with awareness, and learning how to relax, inform all of her teaching. These skills are the foundation of good health and well being.
Polly is a Yoga Scotland teaching member and, with Brigid Collins, teaches the Restorative Yoga course running at Santosa.
