Nik Kilduff – Hatha Yoga
With a BA(Hons) degree in Dance Nik entered a world of physical therapy 20 years ago after injuring her back.
After pursuing a massage career and enjoying unraveling the complex issues of injury and chronic pain, her path has led to teaching yoga.
“My main aim is to guide and nurture beginners who may be convinced that they ‘…aren’t flexible enough to do yoga’.
We will learn to bend so we don’t break and we can stretch our bodies into a healthier happier longer life.”
