Jane McMahon’s transformative yoga journey started in 2000. “I have been fortunate to study different styles of yoga with many inspiring teachers resulting in my current studies on the Yoga Scotland 500 hour Teacher Training Course. For me Hatha Yoga is a daily sanctuary of awakening , a practice of living positively with myself and in connection with others. It supports me to survive and thrive in the world today.
