Ewa Podburaczynska – Nutritional Therapist
Ewa Podburaczynska, Nutritional Therapist at Santosa, has worked throughout her life to improve her health through the foods she eats. Experimenting with her diet before progressing to formally studying nutritional therapy.
Ewa explains “I studied Biology with Environmental Protection at the University of Warsaw and successfully graduated in 2004 becoming Bachelor of Science. After graduation, I decided to visit Scotland for a year, maybe two at the most. That was in 2005 and I’m still here in 2019.
In 2014 I completed my CNM Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and qualified as a nutritional therapist. Meanwhile I met the love of my life and we live here in Scotland with our wee family.”
With an absolute passion for healthy, nutritious food and a healthy lifestyle Ewa works with her clients to help them get back to their happy, healthy selves through a balanced healthy diet and lifestyle.

An initial appointment lasts from 1.5 to 2 hours. Clients are asked to complete a short questionnaire and record a 3 day food diary before the appointment.
During the appointment you’ll be asked about your health, past illnesses and family health history. The consultation includes a personal food plan and lifestyle advice and recommended supplements (if needed). Ewa works closely with clients offering support and advice as they progress on their journey.
Follow up appointments last 45 minutes to 1 hour and focus on your progress.
