Yoga Nidra Deep Relaxation with Ganga

Fridays | 6 – 7 pm

Give yourself the bliss of winding down at the end of the week with the deep physical and mental relaxation experienced in Yoga Nidra. This technique also enables you to access your subconscious, connect with inner motivations, and manifest the positive intentions within you, by using a sankalpa or resolve. Followed by a short peaceful seated meditation. This class is suitable for all and particularly recommended for those in a healing process. Yoga Nidra is practised lying down. Chairs can be provided for those who cannot sit comfortably on the floor for the short meditation.

RATES of EXCHANGE

  • First class: £5
  • Drop-in: £10 | £8 concession*
  • 6 classes: £50 | £40 conc. – valid for any Yoga in Daily Life® (YIDL) classes in Edinburgh or Glasgow; expires 3 months from first use.

YIDL class membership: £50 | £40 conc. per month – includes unlimited YIDL drop-in classes and YIDL courses; by bank standing order only; minimum 12-month commitment; contact Ganga for this option.

*Concession rates are available for those who feel in genuine need of a concessionary rate due to financial/employment circumstances – and as we don’t want money to come in the way of healthy living, please speak with the teacher if you need a further discounted rate.

No bookings are required – maximum capacity is 12 people, so arrive in good time to be sure of a place. If it’s your first YIDL class, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration and a health questionnaire.
