Beginning with some breathwork, focusing on connecting the breath with the body, mind and bandhas, before moving through some sun salutations to warm up the body. A playful flow involving different asanas and challenges weekly. The main focus is on building flexibility and a strong, stable core.

The class is suitable for all levels with options and modifications for beginners as well as those wishing to develop their practice further. I look forward to welcoming you on the mat!

  • Drop-in £10 (£8 concession)
  • Block of 5 £45 (£35 concession)
  • Concession tickets available durectly from teacher.
