Vinyasa Krama Yoga | Wednesdays, 7.30 – 8.30 pm
- Jean adapts his teaching to the needs and ability of his students by considering each person as a whole (body, mind and spirit). The aim of each class is to encourage students to reconnect to their true self by placing emphasis on synchronising breath with movement. Practising in such a way is an invitation to heal one’s emotional conflicts and results in a state of harmony between mind, body and spirit. Each practice is an inner journey of self-exploration through asanas (postures), meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) which leads to a deeper understanding of one’s inner world.
First time drop in: £12 (+ second class FREE); drop in £12 (concession: £10); 5 class pass £50; 10 class pass £90.
