MINDFULNESS MEDITATION | Wednesdays | 6 – 7 pm
Mindfulness is the state of being fully awake in the present moment without judgment. You are just accepting and experiencing the moment. Being mindful (self-aware) during meditation, will bring this awareness into your daily routine.
This class is open to people who wish to learn and deepen their practice of mindfulness.
With these classes, your practice of mindfulness becomes more joyful, relaxed and steady. With the support of this practice, we can cultivate our balance and freedom from our fears, misunderstandings and our suffering.
The idea is to bring mindfulness, concentration, and insight to daily living.
