If you’ve never stepped on a mat before, are returning to yoga after a break, or simply want to go back to basics and re-discover the foundations of your yoga practice, then this class is for you. We will start with some breath work, explore the mystery of the Bandhas to build a strong and healthy core and look at building a strong, solid foundation for your practice.

There will always be options to take rest in poses as well as to challenge yourself, the practice is all yours. It’s not about how well you can do the pose, or what the person next to you is doing, it’s about taking the time to step on the mat, take an hour out of your busy life and be kind to yourself.

Prices:

  • Drop in £8 (£7 concession)
  • Block of 5 £35 (£30 concession)
  • Concession tickets available directly from teacher.
