Yoga and the Mindful Heart with Kirsty MacGregor | Thursdays 10 – 11.15 am

An 8 week course from 8th February – 29th March

The traditions of yoga and mindfulness meditation offer potent health benefits and bring a deep sense of inner calm to our busy lives.

Based on the Iyengar yoga method these classes will invite a mindful approach to the practice of the yoga postures and embrace a wider awareness of the importance of cultivating compassion in our lives.

Kirsty MacGregor at SantosaKirsty qualified as an Iyengar yoga teacher in 1981 and has explored many forms of yoga and meditation. She is currently a co-Director of the University of Edinburgh Global Compassion Initiative.

This class is open to everyone but will give plenty of guidance so beginners can easily take part.

£12 per class with block booking rate of £10 per class
