Creativity has nothing to do with any activity in particular – with painting, poetry, dancing, singing.
Creativity is the quality that you bring to the activity you are doing. It is an attitude, an inner approach – how you look at things. It means loving whatsoever you do – enjoying, celebrating it. It arises naturally in states of stillness and presence and it can be hard when we are distracted by daily preoccupations and thoughts.

This is why yoga is such a gift. When we practice awareness in asana, pranayama and meditation, we learn to see—and let go of—the distractions of the mind. And when the mind is free and the body in balance there is a vivid vibrancy of energy that steps out of your comfort zone and transit into the unknown world where genius awakens.

In our workshop together you will be welcomed to our Garden of Creativity with a circle ceremony to feel yourself at home in our safe space and to set your intention for the morning: in which area of your life would you like to boost creative wildness and expression? Where would you like to be free, simply yourself?
We will take our mindful time to connect with our hearts and deeply feel our wishes.

This freedom of spirit will lead you through our hour of creative yoga where Martina will facilitate asanas to empower your second chakra, which is the chakra related to creativity and vitality through exercises with your hips, which are the area where emotions are held. Practicing yoga unblocks the Kundalini energy channel in the body and leads to greater life force and increased circulation of blood and prana, which has a wonderful effect on the brain and the heart.

Before having fun in our Garden , a healthy break with veg treats and refreshing tea will restore our bodies to be ready to express ourselves Colouring our Wheel of Life . This will be Your time where, feeling like a child, you will release your thoughts. Pablo Picasso said that colours follow the changes of the emotions and are better than words because they allow us to see the truth that we are unable to express.

Crystals and Medicine Cards will support your journey working with you with the alchemy you need to connect with the magic seeds you have planted inside yourself and which will bloom at the right time needed.

No experience is required, so if you do not have a yoga mat, we will provide you one for free.

Please come 10 minutes earlier in order to start at 14. Wear comfortable clothes and take a notebook with you and an object that represents you and that you will place on our altar.
