We’re going back to basics with this gentle but challenging Hatha Yoga class.

Designed to cater for all levels of flexibility, we will reacquaint ourselves with our bodies and learn to build a safe Nik Kilduff Yoga Teacher Santosaand progressive Yoga practice for class and at home.
