Hatha Yoga Flow | Wednesdays | 7.45 – 9 pm

Join Sade for a dynamic Hatha Flow class where the harmonious flow of movement is led by breath and the focus is on mindful movement. A creative flow of asana infused with Buddhist meditation techniques brings about a sense of calmness and stillness within each movement.

This is a regular weekly class to deepen your practice through asana creating strength, flexibility and stability. Through philosophy and meditation practice you can create peace and stillness. Together we R I S E . Sade Nada Hatha Yoga teacher at Santosa

All levels welcome – asana’s are adjusted appropriately to suit each person.

Please inform Sade of any injuries or medical / health related issues at the beginning of the class to ensure the poses can be adapted most effectively to ensure you reach maximum benefit from the class.
