General Hatha Yoga with Jane McMahon

Fridays | 9.30 – 10.45 am

This class aims to awaken everyday flexibility, strength, balance and  sense of wellbeing.

Through exploring some of the foundations of yoga practice, we develop inner awareness of our breath, body and mind. Physical practices to  build strength, flexibility, balance and alignment as well as breath work to relax the body, calm the mind and increase well-being.

Classes are tailored to the needs of individual students and are a welcoming, inclusive safe space for all to come together to explore the benefits of yoga, to  try things out, to notice, be curious, to feel, to learn. That’s the practice, that’s life. It’s all about finding out about yourself and accepting what you find. It’s not about how far you go, it’s how you go and what you learn about yourself on the way.

Appropriate for beginners and people who have practiced yoga and want a holistic hatha class.
