Frazzled by the fringe? Need some chillout time?

If the festival is getting in the way of your yoga practice and you need some time to calm down, relax, and get grounded again, then join me for a guided relaxation. I will lead you through a yoga nidra practice (deep relaxation) to help you re-centre and gain a sense of calm.

£10 per person.
