It’s not how far you go it’s how you go and what you find out on the way.

Awaken your flexibility, develop genuine strength and get your body moving with more ease. This class is for anyone who wants to get in touch with feeling the age we are in our heads. We will practice yoga postures, conscious breathing and relaxation to support all round well-being.  By lengthening the spine and getting our joints moving through their full range of movement, we will work to counter the effects of gravity!. Using the breath to connect the body and mind we will work to have practices we can use everyday to feel at home in our bodies and support us in our lives. Everyone is welcome whether you are new to yoga or have practiced yoga before. This will be a gentle, fun, social class with serious benefits.
