This class offers a great introduction to belly dance – the art of it, history and culture.

Each week explores basic belly dance moves, isolation’s, combos and builds on a fun and sensual choreography

Belly dance helps your health and well-being as it provides great fitness levels, body confidence and self esteem.
With a strong belly dance community here in Edinburgh and worldwide it can open doors to new experiences and friendships.
