Golden Autumn Wellness Retreat is here!
Get ready for gentle-sensual practices, restorative yoga with deep relaxation, herbal potions and tea brews tasting and bespoke holistic massages.
Tasty home-made seasonal nibbles , turmeric golden milk and tonic teas 🙂 Plus, we have a few handcrafted, personalized surprises for you to take home. You might never want to leave, and we can hibernate together until summer 😀
It wouldn’t be the first time, as the last two Art of Zen Days people simply didn’t want to go home. We take this as a very good sign and invite you to jump in and learn the art of slowing down and cultivating more energy this autumn.
This retreat is an opportunity for self-care and self-study, letting go and relaxation. Come and join us in a circle, feel the love and support, take care of yourself to be able to give from a full cup.
During the day will explore various ways to cultivate our energy and reflect on the ways we use it.
We will be guided into gentle and delicious sensual practices involving movement, breath and focused intention. Lucy, who is an experienced tantra teacher will be helping us to bloom and feel safe in that.
We will practice yoga asanas, meditation, breath-work and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) together with the wise and kind Bijam.
The beauty and precision of the following quote encapsulates exactly our aim here:
“The techniques of yoga are methods of purifying the nervous system so that it can reflect a greater degree of consciousness and our lives can become an increasingly positive force for the world. If these techniques are correctly practiced, the whole nervous system is revitalized – the body enjoys better health and more energy, the rested mind is freed from the burden of past experience, and the perception is restored to its primal freshness. Thought and
activity become coherent and integrated, life becomes richer and more fulfilling.” (A.Shearer)
You will receive a 30-minutes bespoke holistic massage with organic essential oils from Natalia or Andra. We believe, massage is like applied kindness, a listening touch, a way to soften even more into the experience of the day.
We will taste seasonal herbs, berries and tea potions and learn about their superpowers with knowledgeable Fiona Morris .
