Mindfulness: Beginner’s Mind | Thursdays, 7.30 – 8.30 pm

An hour of guided meditation for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, guided by Mindfulness Practitioner Colin McGuire in a light-hearted, open and welcoming manner.

We will practice mindfulness of breath, sitting-resting-grounding and other supports.

There will be an opportunity for feedback at the end of the session, if you have a question or want to share you can, however there is no obligation to share or ask anything.

There will be cushions and chairs available.
